ISC Deadline Extended To October 31/05

The deadline for the 2005 International Songwriting Competition (ISC) has been extended by two weeks to October 31.

All mail and online submissions need to be received by 11:59 p.m. EST, October 31. After this date there will be no further extensions. All online entrants will receive a 6-month membership to Sonicbids, while all entrants will receive a SongU.com online, self-paced course and a 3-month Jukebox Alive membership.

All entrants will have their songs heard by presidents of ten record labels, such as Universal, Capitol Music UK, ATO Records, New West Records, Concord Records, Alligator Records and more. Judges will also include artists such as Loretta Lynn, Sonny Rollins, Tom Waits, Amy Ray, Steve Vai, Darryl McDaniels and more. Fifty winners will receive $150,000 in cash and prizes while the Grand Prize Winner will receive $10,000 in cash and $20,000 in merchandise and services.
