Our next issue of Canadian Musician (July/August 2010) contains our annual guitar feature, and this year we’ve lined up yet another monster panel of Canadian and international axe slingers – including metal mastermind Devin Townsend – talking about current projects, their gear of choice, and opinions on the instrument in general. There are also some tips for developing players, so be sure to pick up the issue.

Of course, we look after all kinds of players, so we also have a great bass column by Stephen of The Balconies, some key-centric content in our cover story on one of Canada’s quickest-rising pop starlets, and of course, some great unsigned bands in our Showcase section. Keep an eye out for it next month!
