Music Heals’ Strike a Chord Gala Just a Month Away

Strike a Chord 2015Music therapy charity Music Heals’ annual Strike a Chord gala and concert is just under a month away. It will be held at the Commodore Ballroom in Vancouver on Thursday, Oct. 19th.

The fourth annual Strike A Chord promises another memorable evening of entertainment and special guests. The concert lineup is a kept a secret, but past performers have included Serena Ryder, Big Sugar, Dan Mangan with a 60-kid choir, Maestro Fresh Wes, Harpoonist & The Axe Murderer, Jully Black, and more. In addition to the celebration of music,  there will also be food, drinks, and dancing. This event has featured Juno and Grammy winning performers and has raised over $250,000 for local music therapy programs in its first three years.

Ticket cost $180 but attendees will be issued a $120 charitable tax receipt for each ticket purchased. Your attendance will directly benefit music therapy programs in Canadian communities.
