The rap game will never be the same. Of the genres of popular music, rap/hip-hop is arguably the one evolving at the most significant pace. One could make an argument for rock and roll, but at the end of the day, rockers like to do one thing: rock out. Hip-hop, on the other hand, has come a long way of late.

Bred from the blues, soul, and funk that emanated from the urban streets of many American cities during the 70s and 80s, hip-hop has evolved into a movement allowing many artists to shake the negative stereotypes associated with it in the past.
